3 Sell Out Danish Shows
October saw Steve and Dave head out to Denmark for three Celebrating George Michael shows in Hillerød and Portalen, both close to Copenhagn and then across to Jutland for the final show at the Fuglsøcentret in Knebel.
The shows which played to audiences of between 650 and 1.200, also featured a Danish band including X-Factor winner, Linda Andrews. “We had the absolute pleasure of playing with Flemming Danielsen (guitar), Claudia Luna(keyboards), Johan Bylling Lang (sax), Mikkel Villingshøj (drums) and Yohan Ramon (percussion)” explained Dave West, Ex-Wham and Celebrating George Micahel bassist.
“As well as amazing Danish crowds every night, we were so please to also see and meet fans from the UK who had come over for the shows” said Steve Mitchell, Celebrating George Michael frontman.
Steve and Dave also want to thank their promoter Jeannie Mortensen and her team of Start World PR & Concerts, who worked tirelessly to help make the shows such a success.
