ITINERARY 

Venue – Acapela Studio : Heol Y Pentre, Pentyrch, Cardiff CF15 9QD 
Arrival – 2.30pm (soundcheck etc)

• Emma & Saoirse to be at Steve’s for 11am – Address: Flat 16, Pelham court, Marlow Road,Maidenhead, SL6 7AG
• Deano, Lester, Jay driving there.
• Dave & Ray driving
• For those that want to drive down together for most of the journey, we are meeting at Chieveley Services (Nr Thatcham/Newbury) on the M4 12.00 midday. Otherwise, we’ll meet you there.

TIMINGS

Arrival @ 2.30pm (soundcheck etc) 

Soundcheck MUST be completed by 6.00pm as music hall is used for dining by audience. 

Doors open 6.00pm 

We will feed the band at 6.00pm see https://acapela.co.uk/dining/ plus drinks from bar 

Concert starts around 8.00 to 8.15pm (we will give you 5 minute call to go onstage) when table service completed. 

2 x 45 minute sets minimum plus encore 

Interval around 20 minutes 

Curfew 10.30pm

 PARKING – VERY IMPORTANT 

The venue is currently in a legal dispute with the pub who own the car park next door to the venue over our access and parking rights. They have cameras installed and if anyone enters you will receive a parking notice and a fine of £60 if you are in the car park for more than 10 minutes. 

As a result, please do not park on the car park but on the road in front of the venue in Heol Y Pentre. This is the same distance from the stage door.
